Sharaf Exchange Al Suyouh —Indoor and Outdoor Dual LED, Dubai

The impact

Sharaf Exchange needed one install to serve two completely different audiences, live rate boards for customers already inside and a fraud-awareness campaign for the public outside the mall, so StarLED deployed a P2.5 indoor SMD Series wall alongside a 2,500-nit outdoor poster, both running from a single Novastar dashboard behind the counter. Walk-in footfall lifted immediately after switch-on, with the outdoor fraud-awareness loop building public trust before customers even considered stepping inside.

Pepperstone Financials DIFC — Header LED and Custom Neon LED, Dubai

The impact

Architects visiting the showroom could not visualise how raw stone slabs : DIFC office receptions all share the same glass-and-marble visual language, and Pepperstone needed to break from it at the moment clients walked in, so StarLED combined a P2.5 SPad Series header screen with a bespoke CAD-fabricated neon LED tagline colour matched to the brand's Pantone specification. Clients now read the brand before the handshake, and the reception has become a photo backdrop for deal announcements shared by the team internally.

FAQ · Financial Services

Financial Services LED, answered.

Four questions we hear from financial services brands across the Dubai — outdoor brightness, indoor refresh rate, corner-wraps, posters, and what an install actually costs.

Rate boards are read at short range, typically one to three metres, and must hold sharp numeric content across long operating hours. P2.5 is the working standard for indoor exchange environments. It renders rate tables with full legibility and still supports branded video and compliance campaign content between updates, without any downgrade to the clarity of the numbers customers are reading at the counter.

Yes. Dual-format installs pair an indoor fine-pitch SMD panel for the storefront with a higher-brightness outdoor poster for the mall-facing or street-facing side, both running from a single Novastar dashboard. The indoor screen operates at 500 nits for readability in a controlled environment, while the outdoor unit runs at 2,500 nits or above for ambient-light visibility. One login manages both schedules independently.

Yes. Custom LED neon is fabricated using CAD plans taken directly from the brand guide, and the phosphor mix is calibrated to the brand's specific Pantone rather than to a generic colour approximation. For corporate office installs in premium locations like DIFC, this precision is what separates a brand statement from generic neon signage, and every colour is signed off against the brand guide before installation.

Yes. DIFC has its own building and fit-out guidelines covering electrical specifications, structural integration, and visual compliance. StarLED handles the technical drawings, coordinates with the building management and fit-out contractors, and ensures the install meets DIFC standards across electrical, structural, and visual criteria before any screen is switched on.
